Organization of Axa IM's internal kickoff event.
La rentrée au Jardin gathered 950 employees around the CEO and the board management in the magnificent setting of the Longchamp Racecourse for an unforgettable day.
Axa IM once again called on our event division to organize its flagship internal event for the start of the season. 950 employees were gathered for the day and evening at the Longchamp Racecourse. To fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of this exceptional venue, the event was divided into two parts: an open-air plenary session, followed by a garden party.
In the afternoon, Axa IM employees participated in a “Townhall” during which they were able to interact with the CEO and members of the Management Board.
They were then able to relax with numerous outdoor activities and games and a cocktail dinner. The latter, orchestrated by our partner Grand Chemin, emphasized locally sourced products, with a predominance of vegetarian and organic dishes.
A live outdoor concert followed by a dance party then punctuated the event. To ensure the transport of 950 employees, we had set up a system of 16 shuttles with 2 pickup points throughout the event, as well as many other practical services (such as a dedicated bike room, valets, mosquito assistance, etc.).
An engagement plan and numerous interactions were also deployed by our teams via Axa IM’s internal social network, before, during, and after this event.
