HUAWEI CONNECT IN PARIS
Organization of the European edition of Huawei Connect 2022.
After Bangkok and Dubai, Huawei's most important annual event finally arrived at the Palais des Congrès in Paris to welcome more than 5000 participants over 2 full days.
The 3rd stage of the HUAWEI CONNECT 2022 world tour was held on October 17-18, 2022, in Paris.
This large-scale European event brought together all of Huawei’s Business Units, allowing them to address the press, their employees and future recruits, their clients, and their partners in the information technology and sustainable development sectors. By choosing the Palais des Congrès at Porte Maillot, Huawei and Delasource opted for a proven infrastructure suitable for an event of this magnitude.
For 2 days, our teams deployed the 5 main keynotes in the 3 largest amphitheaters of the Palais des Congrès. Each of these plenary sessions benefited from multi-camera recording for live broadcasts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Huawei’s internal network, followed by more than 6 million viewers.
The other 17 conferences benefited from single-camera recordings. In total, 22 conferences were set up for the 5000 participants.
A gala evening was also organized on the first night, and we simultaneously coordinated an exhibition hall with more than 20 stands and an open stage for concerts and round tables.
This achievement required flawless coordination and project management to ensure the event ran perfectly, alongside other major events in Paris.
The success of this event was made possible thanks to our internal teams, freelancers, and long-time partners, such as caterers, hostess agencies, security, transportation, video recording equipment, decoration, lighting, sound, photography, as well as printers.
This project was a human, artistic, technical, and logistical accomplishment, and its success reflects the commitment and determination of all stakeholders to take on such a challenge for our long-standing client Huawei.
