70 YEARS OF SUEZ Consulting
A large-scale event for the company's 70th anniversary.
Suez Consulting, rather than relying on a pure event player, wanted to lean on an agency with a more comprehensive skill mix, capable of managing both the organization of this premium event and the production of video content, branding, and the digital dimension.
In 2015, SUEZ Consulting (formerly Safège) merged with the SUEZ group brand, bringing about immense changes for the employees. The company’s 70th anniversary is an opportunity to create exceptional communication, a momentum to instill new energy both internally and externally (clients and partners).
9 months of work were necessary to organize this ambitious event in September 2017 and welcome the 750 participants from around the world.
Most of the company’s employees were accommodated in 4 Parisian hotels. On the day of the event, they were transported by 8 buses to the Pavillon d’Armenonville (Bois de Boulogne), which was entirely privatized for the occasion.
The event also had a VIP dimension with the presence of selected important clients and the governance of the SUEZ group.
Gérard Mestrallet and his successor Jean-Louis Chaussade spoke on stage alongside Annelise Avril, General Director of SUEZ Consulting.
A morning dedicated to top management, featuring plenary sessions, specific workshops on leadership attitude, a team-building activity, and a lunch cocktail on the beautiful pavilion terrace.
The afternoon was devoted to all employees and partners with a large plenary session, interactive workshops, and a giant activity followed by a gala evening, highlighted by an unprecedented culinary show, orchestrated by the caterer Butard Enescot.
